3. Laser Cut and Engraved Medals

In this method, the medal form is cut from wood, acrylic, MDF or thin metal plates with a laser cutting machine. The writings and patterns on it are processed with laser engraving. Perfect for designs that are modern, minimalist and require fast production. Special shapes and cuts can be easily applied.

4. Crystal Acrylic Medals

It is a contemporary alternative to traditional metal medals. It is produced by shaping quality acrylic blocks on CNC machines and laser engraving them. It offers a stylish and modern appearance thanks to its light transmittance. It is especially preferred in technology, design or art focused events.

Medal Materials and Coating Technologies

Main Ingredients:

• Zamak (Zinc Alloy): It is the most widely used casting material. It is cost-effective, easy to process and has high detail retrieval capability. Provides a perfect surface before coating.
• Brass: It is a more premium option. It maximizes the feeling of quality with its natural yellowish color and high density. Ideal for special and limited edition prestige awards.
